In this episode, filmed in July of 2023. We unbox our new DJI Mini Pro 3 and take it on its flight, watch the video to see how we do. We head off for a level walk along the Tomintoul Circular Walk and stop off at the bird hide for some wildlife watching. We leave home with no plan on where we are going, watch the rest of the series to follow our travels on this epic adventure full of ups and downs. This campervan allows us the freedom of travelling in all seasons, we actually do most of our travelling in the Autumn/Winter as I have lupus disease | SLE | We stay on campsites & caravan touring parks, Aires & wild camp out in nature. We like to walk | hike with our cocker spaniel dog "Charlie" taking in breathtaking scenery of the countryside and the coast. There is something so magical about driving through the mountains and tourist areas in a campervan. Buying local produce to take back and cook in the campervan, or stopping at an independent shop for coffee and cake helping to support the local economy. Hi Anne, 😂 yes, it was a bit stressful that first flight! That was filmed in July & would you believe it, we’re actually at that same spot now in the van 🚐 and it’s very cold 🥶 had the drone up this morning 😂 We haven’t used the drone much tbh, must really use it more. Our Charlie caused my drone to crash into my daughter's fence due to shooting out of the house and chasing it as I was taking some artistic low level footage. The kids loved it when we stayed near Fochabars when they were in their early teens. If anything went even slightly wrong they would go "oh Fochobars!".

The GoPro didn’t work but the case is good 😂 OMG that’s awful 😣 You must’ve been stressed out, what have they said? I have heard of other new vans have this pop up, so hopefully just a blip on the system, but nevertheless frustrating and stressful for you. 🤔 I hope you manage to get it sorted 🤞 Let us know how you get on. They put it on a diagnostic thingy (I'm not very technical 😂) and it came back saying that both pedals had been pressed at once - not convinced. Just left the garage and the same warning came on so a little deeper digging is required I would have thought. Just wondering if it's a compression fault as it struggles to get up the slightest incline. I bought the Fly More kit with my drone. The bag it comes with fits nicely into the top compartment of my camera bags so it means I can take photos and do drone work on the same outing 😊 Yes, shame we didn't manage to say cheerio properly. It was really nice chatting to you all. Take care and enjoy your travels. PS, we forgot to show you how our toilet converts into a shower room. It's amazing!!

@@mstphoto99ahh I’m sure it’s probably just a teething issue. Someone on my Twitter feed, said they had the same issue 200 miles in. Hopefully they’ll get to the bottom of it. Not sure about the problems on the inclines though, we came up across the Lecht last night, they’re 20% inclines & we are fully loaded with water 💧 got up no issues. So yes, maybe something needs tweaked. The drone bag sounds interesting, I’ll have a look at those. Hope you enjoyed your meal out. Let us know how you get on with the van, but I’m sure it’ll all be sorted & you’ll be back on the road again soon 😁 Have you been to the Dalraddy Site at Aviemore?
