Cheap portable metal bandsaw Scheppach MBS1200xts [hofer/aldi]

Hy There,
In this video i'll try my new cheap metal bandsaw scheppach MBS1200xts.
It had some problems but with new saw blade i ordered and some fine alighment it cut great and precize enough for home use.

Maybe it was discussed, but aluminium typically requires slow cutting speeds, because it melts and clogs easier.

Nice review and great addition to the workshop. This band saw was on sale here at Aldi in pre pandemic and then never saw it again. It seems ok for the price, it just need some attention like you have done.

So you heave aldi in Spain here in Slovenia it's named hofer and also in Austria is hofer, Germany has aldi sud and aldi north... It's strange a single srore has so many names 😉 Btw, it's a good saw for home use for that few cuts per year, but i know many parting inserts and grinder cutting discs will be saved.
