Cheap Resistance Band Alternative: Mover Rubber Bands

They might not be exactly like "exercise bands", but for $2/piece, who cares? I've used them for pullup assistance, accommodating / variable resistance on bench press, banded kettlebell swings, band pull aparts, and tricep extensions, and they seem to work just fine for me.

What's up Daniel?! I've been working out a lot in my work clothes (khakis, polo, etc), rather than athletic clothes. I was actually thinking about doing performance tests for work wear. I know that's kinda far out, but I definitely have some opinions. And you don't have to send me anything, though I very much appreciate the offer!

🤣 They were ridiculous in a good way brother! Some were awkward but funny. I hope you do some more clothing reviews. I’ll be in Arkansas near a Duluth store for New Year’s. I plan to buy my first buck naked underwear. Do you have any of those?
