Thank you for continuing to make these videos. I’m not single but I do eat alone 99% of the time. Almost everything is packaged for big families and I can’t eat that much so thank you for this.

You can batch cook and store portions in the freezer, or keep extras in the fridge for a couple days. When it comes to things like tomato sauce, passata, beans. etc. you can just keep the remaining in a container in the fridge a couple days and use r for a new meal later in the weekb or you can freeze portions using a silicone muffin tray, once frozen pop the portions out and keep them in a ziplock or container then you can just take as many portions out of the freezer as you want at a time. If you have vegetables left over you can also freeze them, or cook a pot of soup or make a pasta sauce etc and freeze it to have on hand as a quick and easy meal. Things like bread and tortillas also store well in the freezer.

wow, these all look so amazing,. Being single and working over 40+ hours a week I don't have a lot of energy to cook, but I do love cooking. I look forward to trying all of these and I would love it if you did more. Plus I have been Vegan for 10 years and I tend to get lazy and unimaginative with my food so these recipes help a lot.

1:50 To be honest, I find that Beyond Meat is cheaper than ever these days! I've been buying the grounds for CAD$5.90 at Wamart (Vancouver). Of course lentils are still cheaper, but seems like Beyond Meat's prices are not being impacted by inflation whatsoever.

Another easy way to save is to shop in ethnic stores. Seasoning are super cheap plus beans and such are super cheap. I buy 25 lbs of really good rice for 20 to 25 dollars. I can get lentils for under 2.00 for a 32 oz bag. I buy mushrooms from the Asian market along with tofu, soy strips, and sauces. I bought some.beautiful oyster mushrooms that I'm gonna make into "chicken" I am looking forward to those. You can also buy gluten free flours for like under 2.00 for a package of I think a lb. Saving money while cooking at home can be as simple as you want. Also Farmers markets can be a great place to buy fresh veggies.

Another Pizza for when avocados are in season: tomato paste, sliced avocados & cheese under the broiler/grill. Maybe add in some of the onions, or some chilli oil/sauce (sparingly) if you want a spice kick.

Swap the olive oil for a neutral oil that is cheaper wil work probably fine with a lot recepties. Olive oil here €8.99 a liter sunflower oil €1.49 a liter.

Never add salt or any kind of bouillon cube to lentils during the first cooking. It makes them as hard as gravel. Cook them plain, then sauté them with some onions, garlic, or whatever you prefer, and season them at that time.
