Looking really good Johnny. What about hardscaping that little edge in front of those shrubs that dont get enough sun. Zoysia does look good as well I have something similar with zoysia and hybrid bermuda blended at property line.

Not sure what area you’re referring to. I don’t really have anywhere that the zoysia doesn’t do well. I landscape areas due to other reasons: irrigation, less mowing, aesthetics, etc
