You need to get a two or three pronged tip for your arrow! Helps you stick in and stay in the fish. They can pull out the 1 barb really easy compared to the 2 or 3

Hey flair. My family raises our own meat chickens every year. Meat chickens are usually ready to be harvested around 8-10 weeks old. If they are I’ve for much longer then that then they will die from a heart attack or the heat because they will be to fat to move.

Sup Andrew. If it works eat it. I brush fish with Texas Pete hot sauce, dredge in zatarains fish Fri and, fry lol. Have to check Amazon for zatarains fish fri, get 2 1gallon containers for about $16. 1 little bag in stores are about $4-5. Then I just mix mayo and relish for quick tartar. Sauce.

My favorite fish to eat is gar. When I caught my first gar we soaked the meat in water and salt and cut them up into pieces like chicken tenders and fried them and it tasted just like chicken tenders

With Gar I always cut the fillets into smaller sections, then soak in buttermilk for about 1-2hrs in the fridge, before frying. Really takes the gamey flavor out of them.

If you get the smoked chipotle peppers in oil at the market and blitz them smooth you can then mix ranch in to get that sauce. It's like 1 tbsp to 1 cup ranch. I add a touch of garlic and onion powder as well.

We took the food bowls out of the coop for the chickens. They free range all day until it's feeding time. We have a big can that we use as a scoop and Shake it up when it's feeding time and the chickens run into the coop where they know they get fed.

Spicy Ranch: Buy a can of chipotles in adobo. Open it and toss it in a blender. Mix the paste with some ranch 2:1 ratio (ranch:paste). Then add a little lemon juice and some DUX seasoning.

Flair use sardines or anchovies in oil for racoon dog proof bait. Put 1 or 2 inside and one across the top. Then drizzle the oil on and around. I hammer raccoons with this method.

I shoot plenty of fish on my old 1970s Bear Grizzly with an antique aluminum Cajun real. I recently upgraded to a Muzzy LX with a Zebco bowfishing real...love my new setup...im popping fish left and right out to 20yds. Unless you're a pro, you don't need a $1k + rig to lay waste to fish.
