Interesting video (to say the least !) I dunno about using crab and a premium fish filet for bait though…your “bait” would have made an excellent meal (lol !) Turtles go nuts over chicken (we used to use gizzards when trot-lining for catfish, and regularly caught turtles). Down here, chicken leg-quarters are about 7 bucks for a 10 lb. bag…might be worth a try. Keep up the good work !

You need to use the H&N slug or the JSB knock out sluggs in the FX wild cat..and for more accuracy turn your power adjuster to 5 with the sluggs

You can stick a piece of wood in their mouth to hold it open so you can pullout the hook if you want to pull the hook out. And barbless or smish the barbs down will help too.
