Shalom! When cooking squirrel and rabbit, most meat comes out a bit tough or chewy when dry baked. To help rid the chewy toughness... *soak meat in salted water(30 min-6hr), this may be a great time to add onion, lemon, or garlic to reduce any squigglys that may be present. *add your preferred dry rub or sauce and briefly grill on open flame to seal in flavor/moisture. *while partially charred and not fully cooked, remove from flame and put meat into a sealed pot with lid, (preferably cast iron because these two meats have very low fat and the cast iron can store minerals within after properly grease prepping). Store the meatin the pot, lid covered, along with a little watering to cover at least halfway. *Slow cook on lower heat until done and watch the meat fall from the bones... 😋 mmmmmm Peace, Love, and good yummy country eating!!

Hey Blake I have a 901 in the box I have never fired glad to see they shoot good. I’m a big Daisy fan being I grew up with them I went through 3 840’s when I was a kid and I loved them just got one off eBay brings back great memories. The 35 doesn’t have rifling. I would like to request you do a show on the Daisy 2840 and the Red Ryder Christmas special I bought two last year after Christmas at Walmart. I keep a 2840 in the barn for house sparrows and plinking. Thanks for the great video!

When you cook your meat in the fire just season it and cook it. Add the sauce after. You're burning the sugars in the sauce

We always kept our pellets in a old ice breakers can it makes it much quicker and easier to get the pellets out when you're hunting
