Probably late with this comment but I always wore mercurials in a normal UK7 they took a day or two to break in but were generally fine I got these and they seem to have totally re shaped the two box, if highly recommend getting a half size bigger (if you have slightly wider feet) or just not getting them at all I tried to break mine in for two weeks and the materiel doesn’t shape at all it’s super rubbery and not like the old school mercurial which was kinda textured and stiff. Just throwing this out there for people with slightly wider feet, hope it helped you 😌

I prefer the way they fit and the fact that they got rid of the Speed Rib texturing. Aside from that, they aren't that different. The Vapor 11 is a little lighter though. Both great options, just depends on what you want.

I can't buy the Pro variation because it's slightly smaller than the academy in the same size. Size 43 on the pro is too small, size 44 too big. I just got the academy SG-Pro now and they're very good.
