you said there is no DX code on the canister. does that mean it won’t work on a point-and-shoot type of camera?

indeed but u can buy or DIY DX code stickers and paste it at the area i shown at 3:40 . just google DX code stickers and you will see many sources but I think the highest ISO code is 500 which is Ok to use for this 800T film.

Newer batches have the DX coding added. I just shot a roll with my Pentax Espio and had no issues.
