Yeah I'm with you on the seat thing. They should have done the larger sized First Class type seats. The cupholder thing is a waste of space. Do they scan people or their bags for weapons?

Oh yes, they scan you and check your bags. All bags go under except personal item. It's very safe.

Wife and I fly round trip from Orange County ca. to Vegas 3 to 4 times a year. We never experience that before. The plastic cups are fine. Seats could be nicer,but they work fine.

Dude. So grateful for your review and your video. I just booked JSX from Dallas lovefield (9 usd uber from my house) to MIAMI OPF, for the end of March . (Then I have to connect to AA in their business/first from MIA INT to Saint Martin in the Caribbean. But dude, I bought the ticker before I saw your video, coz all of Dallas is buzzing about jsx. It was on a heavy recommendation from a friend that I booked. I do t even thing it’s that expensive given the experience that’s provided. Businesss first on AA from dfw to Mia int was 750 usd…. Brilliant. I can’t wait to experience it.

And I’m sure JSX saw your review and did the amendments in Dallas. Including the rude flight attendant or snappy pilots. Small companies like JSX SCOUR the internet and KZbin for anything JSX I’m sure.

man the biggest game changer would be if they could get some 21 width seats (first class) in there. even just like two front row. i’d pay for this service every time to dallas to nyc if this were the case. the tray being that big is so unnecessary, and considering even in domestic first class all you really get is a small tray i doubt people would care if the trays were twice as small if it meant more seat space

Anybody notice how many empty seats there are on these videos? That's a red flag. Then, too, If I'm going ot pay more for a flight, I want it to go to seasoned crews rather than for WIFI. Furthermore, there's a disconnect here: there were MAJOR flight security risks including a drunk passenger that tried to light a cigarette , zero, meaningful security checks, and yet it's WIFI that is a major selling point. Still, a really great review that gave a much better, more detailed impression of JSX than almost all others.

There is plenty of security. Risk is lower with 15-20 people vs 200. There were also plenty of strong men on board that would have handled the situation. And WiFi is awesome but I haven't flown them since due to these issues. I might give them one more try. BTW TSA isn't perfect either. Many test have proven that most of the time they miss big things when they run stress test but everyone is doing a much as they can to try to keep us safe. When's the last time we had an incident? 🤷🏻‍♂️ It's the safest way to travel still by far

I’m going to fly JSX for the first time in Nashville tn I’m going to New York.I can’t wait to experience New York area as opposed to Dallas tx. I still can’t believe a dude was drunk and tried to smoke a cigarette. Also the flight I’m taking from Nashville is the last time JSX when be in Nashville they are ceasing operations in that location. It was just on the local news talking about the new service three months ago now their getting rid of it. That’s pretty odd to me. That’s why I’m glad I’m trying it now but i be driving every way I go. The only two forms of travel I like are private or semi private or driving. So hopefully I can fly private again thanks for the video

I'm not sure what is going on. They also stopped service to Orlando. I know Southwest and American are fighting to shut them down. They don't like the competition. It's strange to me as well because it seems like a great idea. We would fly them all the time if we could.

DO NOT FLY JSX. I SHOWED UP FOR THE FLIGHT AND THERE WAS A MECHANICAL FAILURE. THEY PUT ME ON A COACH FLIGHT (Southwestern.) HOWEVER THEY DID NOT REFUND THE DIFFERENCE. THEY GAVE ME A CREDIT FOR A FUTURE FLIGHT!!

Not catering the experience around a premium "vibe" as you describe is an instant failure. It undermines the entire premise of semi-private, premium priced tickets. Do these companies not understand that limiting annoyances (primarily centered around dealing with "people" nowadays) is what is killing air travel? I would add to this the "big dogs on planes" thing too though. It is a failure to not either eliminate this entirely or make it a huge expense. You might not mind, but I have no desire to be around pets on a flight especially bigger dogs. All-you-can-drink is a bad move. No one that isn't one themself wants to be trapped in plane with annoying drunks.
