Appreciate the video. There are so many other products not made for this, but work really well. Always wondered which one's were good and which one's weren't. I tried the purple glue sticks from Office Max and they've worked so well with PLA+ I never bothered to try anything else.

Even though it’s clear that this compliment was to someone else, we will totally take it! So. Your welcome

I used to use foot powder. It leaves an uneven surface with tiny nodules. Not good for accurate scans. Then used ASUB. Better than foot powder but still uneven surface and a health hazard. Now use ATTBLIME which is TIO2, N-Hexane and Adamantane free and forms a uniform laver of 3 to 6 microns depending on the spray type.

Thanks for the info! We used the ATTBLIME, but I didn't know it was a safer choice. I would like to experiment with their products more.

Ever try the purple Glue sticks? I've tried Office Max brand and it's been amazing... but most people recommend Elmer's brand. It's the purple "washable" kind that seems to always be what people recommend. Haven't tried any other products since, because it's always worked perfectly and I don't have to reapply it for every print. I do try to print all over the place though and not in the same place over and over, but that's not because of the glue sticks, but just to use the entire surface and not have the machine always wearing in the same spot all the time. It's probably pointless, but I do it anyways.

Thanks. Honestly, the best spray we used was Grey Etching Primer, Matte. It's amazing, but Paint adds some thickness and is not coming off : )

Well that i felt was useless :/ but nice to know foot spray works.

It works, but it's not cheaper than a dedicated scanning spray. And your shops smells like foot powered haha. We have a more in-depth video coming out on Scanning Sprays in the next couple weeks.
