Hi, thanks for making this video. It helps a lot. I'll be moving to UAE next month, my question is as per your experience what could be the best place for me to look for studio apartments, considering my office location is in Dafza and it's 5 day work from office. So, that I could get accommodation at affordable rate and also it will save my travel time because If I consider Ajman then it will be a lot of travelling time for me. Please let me know what should be the best area and budget range from me. Thanks in advance.

Dafza is near to Al Nahda.Muhaisnah4 and Alquasis Area you can get studio approx range of 20-25 k yearly you can check on Dubizzle App and also in Al wasl properties and Tiger properties.lot of public transport available from Dafza.

Area is prime location of Dubai and yes quite expensive studio you will get in approximately 45k-55 k yearly and 1 bhk from 65 k- 85 k.but yes it is suitable for family

I want to come to dubai with my wife and three kids. Is there any condition for that? I mean minimum salary kitni honi chahiye biwi bacha samet aane k liye wahaan. Kya uae government ki taraf se koi shart hoti hai ki husband ki salary itni hogi toh hi family ko lekar aa sakte hain? Pls bataiye

The only condition from UAE government is that if you are calling your family you should have there residence visa and for residence visa you need to submit your tenancy contract and so first you should come and rent a flat and then apply for family visa there is no such condition from UAE government’s but as you mention you have 3 kids so on an average your monthly expenses will go approx 6-8 k AED including WiFi.grocery school fee transportation for kids but it all depend on where you are staying.Dubai accommodation is slight higher than Sharjah and Ajman but if you are coming from Ajman and Sharjah.
