I admire and appreciate your honesty in keeping it real bro, and admitting you are renting a place. Because on social media too many people are fakes and make out they are living millionaire lifestyles in Dubai and sadly some of these are even religious brothers

Your mind is excellent for comparisons! You drill down and really don't let incidentals get in the way. This works very well. I never realized how many reasonably priced places were available if you don't live in the center of everything. This is great news for people starting out that need to keep costs low. For people willing to live realistically, that don't need to show off to others. People with financial discipline.

The prices in upper end are not worth it. Specially you will have to Pay at least 4 month in one payment that can be rather deposit to buy your own home here. Many have payment schemes that you will have to Pay your house out in 4 years. This will give you as well golden visa and so on… You will just end up paying someone else payment plan for their home…

Contact dubai islamic affair and ask them.. they have lectures and activities in many language

Go to the masjid where the scholars teach, you will definitely find practising brothers there. However, for that you would need to know Arabic if you don’t already.

I love Sharjah! I used to live in Nahda 1, and now moved to Ajman. If you're looking for an Islamic area that's cheap and not far from Dubai, you can come to Ajman. Rent here is a lot cheaper and it's also very quiet. You almost never see a women showing skin.

I just moved to Sharjah few months ago , Alhamdulillah, there is no better feeling than being in a muslim country ! but I have to warn you will spend your life in traffic , avoid Al khan , Al Majaz and Al Mamzar !!

Salamu aleykum brothers, a quick question for those who know. Considering that most places are unfurnished and you furnish it yourself, what happens when you decide to move? Do you have to hire out a moving company to move all your stuff every time you might want to move house? I am used to houses being furnished in the UK and you can just move in, seem like a hassle trying to take your whole house with you every time you decide to move.

Its no way hassle here, as the services are excelent. The companies will come to pack you and unpack you. Clean the property for you… Fold the furniture and build it back. The guys here are masters in that. They put toghether my tv unit, coffe table Dining room table in 10 minutes no joking. Same for ikea guys they can put the furniture together i had huge Wall shelfs and 3 shoe cabinets built in 20-30 min. And they cleaned after them and kick to boxes out…

You can not claim to make hijrah if you don't have citizenship/passport in a country.

This is the reality, I'm often told to simply avoid estate agents in the UAE. They have a con called the Bait & Switch, where they advertise an appealing apartment for an attractive price and when you enquire about it they say "It's not available anymore, but here's another apartment" and it's of lower quality, higher price or unfavourable area. They just want to catch people like fish with a fake listing pretty much.

I don't like Sharjah and I don't like the UAE either. This place is so fake. :( We've been swindled so many times. Food is so expensive. You have to pay for EVERYTHING. I haven't found any parks for my kids that you don't have to pay for. The traffic IS THE WORST. The weather is so hot for a niqabi, I mainly only go out at night (it's over 90 in the summertime at night). School is very expensive. The air quality is bad to very bad all the time. The quality of life just wasn't good for me here. But every family is different. Allahu alim.

But neither is the UK or the west?? No good air quality bad weather bad lifestyle. We can now longer live in the west now...LGBT, woke growing racism, bad weather lifestyle, expensive too much tax! UAE is good to get ur foot in if ur coming from the west UK. Once settled then look elsewhere in the middle east. UAE still is better than the Saudi. UAE Dubai & sharjah is taxfree and alot better then the west/ UK! However, abu dhabi or kuwait may be a better option as it's more Green... Dubai is great to live great lifestyle and Islamic lifestyle, tax free, crime free, plus lots to do! Makes sense to live there then the west!

Akhi a lot of peoplve conceptions about the UAE saying it’s not the most Islamic etc due to cities such as Dubai Could you discuss this fact, specifically related to Sharjah and how Islam is in that city? As in apart from the masajid in Sharjah, the other venerations of Islam amongst the people and places that you’ve seen May Allah honour you
