Luke, I have been looking at the "Zillow" properties/Deming Nm. for over a year. Their description of the properties along with their mapping leaves me wondering, who's in charge. All their properties have beautiful views of the mountains. A few may be close, the others are miles away. A few days ago they advertised a lot as remote/ off grid etc. The satellite view looked almost like downtown Deming. You definitely need "due diligence" buying around Deming.

Respect to your work Luke. One question : can foreigners from the EU buy land in New Mexico too?
@RuralVacantLandcom4 жыл бұрын
Yes but to go see it you might have to fly to Mexico first or wait for the travel bans to change. Anyone can buy land in the United States.
@terriannsalazar91714 жыл бұрын
I don't need 100 acres. Couple acres would be great. How do I find those. Live in Texas but thinking of moving back to NMexico. With water, no restrictions.
@ncooty3 жыл бұрын
@1:41: No, game and wildlife laws do not cease to apply just because it's harder to catch criminals in rural areas. Also, news flash: murder, child abuse, and money-laundering are likewise illegal on large ranches.

"association fees free and clear ' what does that mean? They exist but are paid up or this property is free from fees and covenants?

Well, you have no country wisdom ehatso ever and you certainly have no skills in the business except deceiving the city folk out of their money. How did you say it? It's up to you to find the access to the property? You're kidding me?
@mtngoat583 жыл бұрын
it is land locked so no access unless someone that owns property around it will give you a right of way and i doubt that will happen , lot of property for sale that is land locked with no access ----thats why it is worthless
@mtngoat583 жыл бұрын
@B ANNOYING so someone has to give up a part of theirs so some one can access their own , is there a place i can read up on those rules and regulations

Would be great starter ranch water right is important in NM.
@RuralVacantLandcom6 жыл бұрын
Water rights are important all over the place. Its usually neighborhoods and or local municipalities that strip the water rights. They want to sell you their water instead of everyone drilling up the area. This land has not traded hands many times since President Taft signed it over to the first homesteader. No splits or development of any kind in its recorded history. Its truly raw land ready for someone to go to work on it.
@jamiross78166 жыл бұрын
RuralVacantLand.com Yes, there is more to obtaining rights here in NM. The reason was they were sold in the 1950s. Lake Meade is getting really low and Arizona Nevada and New Mexico will be restricted! Why California is not restricted is remarkable because, they have no rights to the Colorado River that Runs into Arizona and is the only State that the River is contained within the State Borders. So, to drill a well you have to have a permit, and it can be denied. New Mexico sold water Rights to Texas in 1950s. At the time the politicans laughed thinking is was great deal! But, Texas now owns the Rights. New Mexico gets an excess allotment!
