Melinda, just so you know, just because we use the word "subdivision" doesn't mean there's a formal structure to it or by definition has an HOA. A lot of times it's really just a name the developer gave the region when they subdivided it 50+ years ago. Each property is different and we'll indicate which ones have more formal rules than others, but don't let the word "subdivision" be an automatic dismissal for you.
