This is basically a replica of the aimgain kit. You have to cut the oem diffuser fins to fit the rear diffuser piece

So do the front lip and rear spats use the stock hardware screws or do you drill new holes?

I drilled new holes. It looked like maybe they were intended to use the factory clips/screws. But they didn't really line up all that well.
