that is not hard-working, she is doing her work. must respect but not sympathy. we need this change in the society. if someone doing small work or low category job, we think that is hard work and keep them in the low category. sorry, I am not blaming you, but we need to change our mindset. hard work is a totally misleading word. if anyone doing some work with their interest or for their lively hood, not at all hard work. it's just different. I am IT, guy, spend a lot of nights for work, I am fully healthy, but many ppl struggle if they work little extra time. the difference is I do with my interest, for few it's for OT. so hard work is totally different.
