I bought the same rack, ended up welding the uprights at the middle, as well as at the triangle gussets and the sides. I can still unbolt the back cross brace and the pullup bar for moving it. I also got creative and purchased a Titan Fitness T2 rack extension and bolted it on with a few creative modifications to increase plate storage. Works good enough for me to get a few years out of it. Oh, and I picked up a sheet of 1/8" UHMW from Amazon and lined the J-cups with it using JB Weld.

Got this rack recently on an auction site for 55 bucks so had very low expectations but it has been surprisingly sound, did come with all the pieces and its def better than not having a rack at all. I need to watch your DIT outlet video here soon. It was hilarious to me to pay 30 bucks for the spotter arms after only paying 55 for the rack but c'est la vie.

It rocks a very slight amount but definitely feels stable. If you added weight to the base I don't think it would move at all. That being said I probably wouldn't do muscle up on it unless I had some serious weight holding the base down. There are holes to bolt it to the floor if you'd like too.
