Mr D's on Rainbow and Oakey. Sundays and Thursdays they have a ribeye for 14.00. Used to be 12 dollars but like everywhere else inflation has forced them to go up to 14. Still a fantastic deal and they have great beer prices as well.

The place at Ellis Island that has the famous steak special is Village Pub....which has 13 locations in Vegas. Not sure if the other locations have the same special, but the regular price is still cheap.

You missed the steak specials at the The Coronado at Southpoint. Late night special Midnight to 6AM $5.45 7 oz NY steak, eggs, toast and hash browns. All day menu 16 OZ porterhouse or 10 OZ prime rib with soup or salad and choice of potato $ 15.95

The Herbs and Rye deal is NO JOKE! Two of us went there, got signature drinks, one ribeye, one NY strip, 2 sides and total bill still under $90 for a full on Vegas steakhouse experience.

Jacob, glad to know our regular "go too" chow spots are still kicking butt! I am a retired Trucker/Owner/Operator that used to haul slot machines out of Vegas and back to Vegas. You nailed every one of our regular spots, except for the Whalbugers! Another really good breakfast spot is Black Bear Diner on North Tropicana! Weiss Restaurant and deli and bakery, Sunset and Green Valley, Henderson is a great place for breakfast/lunch! And the last really good place to eat is the Coffee Cup Cafe in Boulder City really good food!

We went to El Cortez to try the 14.99 prime rib and it was surprisingly good. All 3 of us enjoyed the meal. Also, added benefit, the potato was great.

I lived in Vegas in the roaring 90s and all these food deals you could get comped if you were gambling. No charge. In fact some people would get comped for the whole menu and you could take it home and eat it in the next couple of days. But it’s really changed from the 90s. I used to win so much money that I could buy a computer a couple 3 to 4 times a month.

No deal there since the old owners sold the place. The new owners doubled the food prices and use a lower quality steak. You now get what you paid for. Sadly the new Vegas isn't nearly as good as what it used to be and this is from a 55 year resident.

Love your videos, but there's an interesting tip you left out - make sure you steal your steak knife at all those places because there are sketchy characters outside all of them, including the gas station next to Herbs and Rye. My 2 visits to that Tony Roma's included witnessing a crack head fight in the Casino and was full of people described as "Klassy" (yes, with. "K"). And Tupac was killed in front of Ellis Island. Spend a little more and be safe at Silverado Steakhouse at South Point (Steaks start at $38) or Cornerstone Steakhouse at Gold Coast (Steaks start $32). Spend the extra 10-14 bucks. It's worth it. Also, this is an excellent "Under $23" steak list. But you forgot O'Aces Grill at Decatur and Tropicana, with their "Steak O'Aces", a 16 oz. Porterhouse with sides and salad for $21.99

I can vouch for the steaks at Cornerstone Steakhouse at the Gold Coast. They usually have an " early bird" prime rib special 12 OZ with mashed potato or loaded baked potato, soup or salad and a glass of wine. $32. Very tasty and the service is impeccable .

People in Las Vegas are so lucky to have such good food at the casinos. We go to the casinos in Cripple Creek, Colorado, and 95% of the food they serve is worse than what you would get at a Denny's, and I hate Denny's. We tried the food at just about every casino, and I tried to go with stuff that's hard to mess up, like bone in fried chicken, t-bone steak, or toast. And all of it was almost inedible. The only time we could get a good meal was on Friday or Saturday evening when a couple of the casinos has prime rib specials, which were surprisingly good, just 14.99 last summer. Other than that, I would rather starve than sit around with no service for food that was horrible. In fact I had like $80 worth of food comps at Lombards restaurant at the Double Eagle, and I didn't even want to use them. We left at 6am and went to the waffle house in colorado springs on the way back home.

the best steak deal is vegas is @ the south point casino, it's only less than $6 including taxes ... the only negative thing is, it'll start @ 12A ... but south point has the cheapest brunch buffet in vegas @ $13.95 plus tax if you use your player's card ...

$25 is a great price for a Prime NY strip. Most of the entries on this list are serving Choice at best. Which is fine when its cheap. There are VERY few upper end steak places that have that sort of a special. Basically you are getting a high end steak for the price you usually pay for a regular one.
