Great video! And in case one doesn't have a Buffalo hot sauce around, a great and fast way to make something similar is to mix Sriracha with melted vegan butter. Just melt the butter and then gradually add Sriracha to reach the desired level of spiciness. I think it works very well for coating.

I generally use about 1 to 1 vegan butter and Frank's (or similar formula) red sauce with a little garlic powder ('cause why not?) and some nooch. Pretty darn good.

I am so susceptible to Buffalo wings haha now I’m craving them! I have a question! Why do you do half flour, half cornstarch for the dry mixture? I make my tofu “wings” similarly, but just do flour. I’ve also never mixed the hot sauce into my wet batter. I will definitely have to try that next time. The last time I made wings, I tried just rubbing the salt and spices directly on the tofu before coating with flour and it really helped make them more flavorful. I feel like the flavor gets a little lost when it’s mixed in the flour.

Hi! What do you mean by vegan egg mayo? Like a vegan egg salad?

@@CheapLazyVegan No so you know you can get egg mayo (for sandwiches) and it's literally just cut up egg with mayonnaise (maybe salt and pepper). Some people can do it with pasta but it's always a huge amount of work.
