Quite simply, you go girl! Master-debated! let’s just take it down a peg on constantly pointing out the obvious atrocities of our ignorant past generations, and just be fucki’n better than them! As if race, religion and politics aren’t enough for us to hate on each other about, Now it’s the meat’s vs veggies? Grow up man! Soon enough we’re all gonna have fight over who gets the last boiled shoelace. Chill out. I’d also like to point out that it was farming that made us stop migrating with the herds and settle down long enough to make CIVILization possible. i just want to make the easiest, fastest, cheapest yummy food for my family! My husband’s a vegetarian but myself and kids are not. We all eat vegetarian food because I’m lazy and refuse to make two separate meals! Also, in a single income household I refuse to pay the outrageously high prices for meat when I can just get more delicious ingredients for your mind blowing recipes! Any new air fryer recipe you recommend would be great!!

Yeah, that looks more like stewed meat that's been cooked for hours rather than like a cooked medium rare steak.

I thought it was a mycelium mushroom steak. I found one of those at my local health food store and it was interesting... I also found a Lion's Mane steak and that was AMAZING. I can't find fresh Lion's Mane here. I tried making steak out of dried Lion's Mane by rehydrating it then flavouring and searing and all that, texture left me wanting more but after trying the fresh Lion's Mane steak, I was inspired to grow my own to make my own Lion's Mane steak. I found a recipe by Derek Sarno that looks amazing and I've been dying to tried to make his Lion's Mane streak.

I'm fruitarian 😊😊😊. I was raw vegan for many years, and then alternated between raw and cooked, before becoming fruitarian. I always wanted to be fruitarian but didn't think it was possible. But recently I saw that there are several fruitarians on KZbin, doing really well after many years fruitarian. I meditate constantly, and one day I heard, "it's time", from the divine or my higher self or my spiritual team, whoever gives me my epiphanies and spiritual downloads. I knew exactly what they meant, to go fruitarian, I knew I was ready. It's a very ascetic life but it's healthiest, so I'm sticking to it. I do enjoy watching your videos, I get vicarious pleasure, since I still have my cooked food addiction. There is definitely a reason to eat raw, cooking and freezing destroy most nutrients, and cause other problems. Notice that no creatures in Nature cook or freeze their food. Not only is raw important, but food combining is also. Food that has been cooked and/or frozen can taste very delicious, but you only enjoy it for a few minutes, yet your digestive system has to deal with it for hours, days, and thereafter. I'm very glad you're vegan, and making vegan versions of so many dishes. Non-vegan food is much more problematic for the body to digest, and of course horrendously cruel to animals. We are frugivores anatomically, physiologically, taxonomically. We're not carnivores, or omnivores, or herbivores, and there is no benefit to eating anything that must be cooked, frozen, or otherwise processed in order for it to be palatable and edible by humans. Nature provides the perfect food for each species, and ours are fruits, nuts, and seeds. I'm still getting used to being fruitarian, and one thing that surprised me is how filling it can be. A pint of fresh blueberries 🫐 keeps me full for hours (and is a powerhouse of pure nutrition). Who knew? 😊❤😊 I do eat raw nut and seed butters, and avocados. I'm not skinny, and I'm in no danger of starving. And I have studied nutrition in depth, mostly from very unconventional sources (mostly Natural Hygiene). I have been both student and teacher of Natural Hygiene. Information and intuition, independent study, not gurus, are always very important when making lifestyle changes. ❤❤❤ BTW, anything that has a seed or is a seed is botanically a fruit, including peppers, tomatoes, avocados, cucumbers, young squashes, young beans and peas, young corn. Idk anything about a raw food movement on KZbin, I guess I wasn't watching KZbin in the 2010's. I'm not a follower of any gurus, and I do agree that most if not all, are questionable.

Or... you could just eat a delicious, juicy steak. Because land that stops raising beef is land that has no cows. At all. Just grain blowing in the breeze. No Betsy is mooing anywhere. The irony is that there are MORE animal years lived, by far, in regions with heavy meat consumption. Yes, they are killed. But they were given life and cared for and raised before slaughter. And have you ever seen videos about animals living in the wild? No humane death for them. They're eaten on the hoof. Entrails pulled out while still kicking. The only animals that have the magical happy life you might imagine as a vegan are the pets that we choose to keep and care for... so good for us! We should all love our dogs and cats and cute little hamsters. HOWEVER! If everyone goes vegan... those farm animals will have no life at all. Because its not profitable to raise them. So eat tasty MEAT, support small humane farmers, and live life healthy and guilty free :)

Great points about being in a privileged position to care about animal rights! I'm vegan for the animals, but I prefer to focus on the (mind blowing) environmental benefits of being plant-based since climate change affects us all. Even the wealthy in LA weren't spared, and many school kids this year are missing magical snow days that they used to be able to enjoy regularly. (Well I'm not a school kid but I miss the snow too!) ❄☃🌨

Why are vegans trying to mimic the look, texture and taste of meat if they hate it so much? That tells you everything. That "steak" looks like a dogs breakfast.

I like to put a tray of vegetables, Braggs garlic powder, a little sesame oil like that to cook while I’m making rice (and in the rice I put the soy beans )makes about three meals and I love it! Green onions, some sesame seed on top is a mess lol. I love your channel and it has really changed the way I cook. Sometimes, if I don’t wanna cook the rice, I use a pack of quinoa brown rice mix.
