Cheapo Portable Washer Weak Agitator Fix

Fixing an Amazon special: Vivohome portable washing machine that doesn't agitate the water/clothing very well anymore. Turns out the belt was worn out and loose. The only belt I could find that fit was a little too tight, so it pulled at the impeller pulley and made a noise. Noise was reduced by spacing the agitator with a washer (the other kind) and the noise has mostly gone away now, presumably as a result of the new belt breaking in.
