Ambo Life. Some jobs like this are lots of fun, since they are intense, and you bond with other workers. Some of my best memories in life were working on farms. Hard work, ok pay, but what a great time! Stay healthy.

Hi Bob! I’m not a nomad yet but you do EVERYTHING you can to provide great information and present wonderful opportunities to the community. I’ve learned a lot from your videos. THANK YOU!🙏🏽😊❤️✨

"Providing an unbeetable experience". Clever, Bob smiled at that. Folks, if we want the U.S. to provide food for its citizens, then jobs like this are important. I hope that people who get these jobs enjoy them. Stay healthy.

Express Employment in Dayton, ND rocks! They treated me very well both years I did it. So nice to be appreciated for my work. The farmers also treated us exceptionally well. The community overall is full of salt-of-the-Earth type of people. I liked most of them a lot.

"Most"? Ha, ha. What's the "honey wagon"?
@K9River4 жыл бұрын
@@nezahualcoyotlarrieta-rey3341 Yeah. Lol. There's always someone less than desirable in the group! A honey wagon is a truck that drives up to the RVs and empties the black and grey tanks instead of the RV going to the dump site.

Thank you so much for airing this video! When I heard about this the first time I thought man, there's no way I am standing in a field bent over for 10+ hours a day LOL… So glad I have this additional information because I will definitely be doing this in about two years.

I found his video to be the most thorough when we signed up in 2018. He covered pretty much all the bases and was point blank about everything 👍 I felt bad when we did our paperwork our first year b/c I couldn't remember who he was so that we could list him as a referrer 🤦♀️

I used to be a merchant sailor for a few years and it amazes me just how similar this is to it: -seasonal/contract work -long work hours/full weeks, but with time and 1/2 and/or double time -lodging expenses included -Accommodating towards a travel centric lifestyle

I did the beet harvest 2018 & 2019. There isn't enough information given to workampers about how much of the chemical "Round Up" that is used on the beets and in the mud and dirt you are covering yourself in.
@thereissomecoolstuff4 жыл бұрын
You think they use "Roundup"? They use way more powerful stuff

Why do you need a table if you have a bed? I always eat on my couch or bed! Same with a sink. If it’s cold l don’t use the water in my rig. How did l survive 2 winters living in my trailer at 10,000 feet in Colorado without a table and sink? 😆🤷♀️🤦♀️

"Work Campers," or migrant workers, all good, just saying. People usually think of Cesar Chavez regarding migrant representation. I like the old David Carradine movie, depicting Woody Guthry helping out migrant workers, they used to call Oakies. Grapes of Wrath, another.
