The plaintiff says he wasn’t a perfect husband to the defendant because he cheated on her and used crack cocaine. He’s claims he’s sober now, and is suing his ex for breach of contract and the value of a car. The defendant says she stuck by her ex, but he threw it all away on crack. She says he was abusive, and she’s countersuing for emotional distress.

I do think anti-social personality types can often times express a "sinister smile" but i'd be careful painting with a broad brush here. A lot of people smile similarly out of neuroticism (e.g. nervousness). I mean experts also say psychopaths often "squint their eyes", "bite their lips", "fidget", etc. But these are all traits that are also very common among neurotypicals.
