Hi Dima! You should have cooked those beef ribs into "Bulalo" for your colleagues even without a bone marrow! Would have been perfect in that mountainous setting. Hey, Dima, where are the local people? There are no human settlements in those beautiful mountains and valleys? You are lucky to be visiting different places while you are working. That's better than working inside the 4 corners of an office. Keep exploring!

Yes, there were two Chechen wars, in the 90s and in the 2000s. Moscow is allocating a lot of money to support Chechnya. Almost all the terrorists were destroyed and now Chechnya is safe. Yes, this is a region of Russia, but the customs and traditions here are different.
