I highly believe it's because of the feeling of being anonymous like what happens with cars, everyone tends to be so much aggressive if they aren't seeing the other person face to face. From there the frigging algorithm does it's stuff and by showing the same content tends to radicalise the user's opinions. It can get very scary. T-T
