ok I have one that is completely missing the “ one dollar” on the back, it’s not worn it’s just missing completely like a blank banner under the eagle. anything you know about this, I can’t find anything

Still have a 1922 silver peace dollar. I thought there was nothing special about it, but my mother noticed that the reverse side wasn’t just upside down, but something like 15 degrees off. When I brought it to a dealer, he said that was a very common mistake and only offered $20 …Canadian! He became angry when I refused and simply walked out.

I have a 1% off center. My LCS said it was off center but he only buys ones that are way off center. I don't normally grade my coins. So for time being it just sits here. Any ideas ? I can post a video of it.

I have a question, and I can’t seem to find and answered to it on any of your videos. So here’s the dilemma if you clean a coin it’s damaged and worth nothing what happens to your silver coins that turn black due to being out in the air. Is there a way to clean them without damage or is it just a black coin? Even with a high-grade is it worth anything if it’s black?

Yeah the mint sucks had mine ordered for mths in advanced and still didn't get any. They just pass em out dealer's so they can double the price overnight

I have 1878 eight tail feathers, doubling or tripling on the eagle wings, plus eagle looks deformed.

Deformed eagle? That’s usually a tale tell sign of a counterfeit Morgan, at least that’s what I have noticed more than any other sign over the years. Not saying it is but I’d check it out o. A magnet slide to be sure if it was my coin. Good luck bub.

Oh and from someone that buys the dirtiest coins. Dirty Coins sell for less then Clean Coins, because no one can tell you what is under the dirt. I remove the dirt without disturbing the silver, I see thru Dirt !

@@Sonderwaive I don’t come on here often. I was saying “Morgan’s” are pretty much ALL off or rotated. Everyone spins this “error” BS because the reverse is rotated slightly. It’s normal, the minting process was new. Now if it’s missed leaving a completely off amount or significantly rotated THEN you have an error. As for the racks. Simply buy in bulk. Your odds increase for rarity, errors etc.. but WHATEVER you do be cautious as countless websites are popping up with rare coins or under valued. THOSE are scams and insanely all over!!!!!
