Cost of living in Bangkok Thailand in 2022. In This video, I will take you to a $270 condo tour in a Bangkok condominium building. It is called Ideo Mobi Sukhumvit in the On Nut Area.
Aside from the rent and a look at the condo, we will also take a look at its facilities(Swimming Pool, Gyms etc) and the utilities cost breakdown per month.
Hopefully, after this video, viewers can get a pretty good idea and insight on how much they can pay for condos, the facilities and locations they pay for and the living cost in Bangkok, Thailand.

In fact, compared to many other KZbinrs who post videos about Bangkok, we think you are one of the best. You actually make an effort to point your camera at things of interest and explain in detail so us viewers get a very good idea of whatever area or topic you are exploring. We've watched many other Bangkok videos in the past whereas the person making the recording suffered from what my girlfriend and I call "tunnel vision" (pointing the camera straight ahead and rarely, if at all, turning it while walking so viewers only manage to get a good view of the sidewalk/street, which is not very informative or entertaining); but not you! It's hard to find a place with a swimming pool that has a handrail for old people to get in and out. Otherwise, this place would suit me. Thanks for making the video. I'm still on the hunt for a reasonably priced condo with a pool an old lady can use 🙂

Your one of the few ppl who I've heard say that the kitchen is a big deal. I realize & appreciate the fact that food, very good food, is readily available as well as outstanding, but I still gotta have my roasts, lasagna, tacos, stew, homemade pizza...I refuse to eat commercial western food: McDonald's, KFC, subway's...in the western hemisphere, let alone in Vietnam.

I got it on a 6 months and then extended for another 3 months. I think condo prices are starting to creep back up, but not by that much

For the rent there's nothing to criticize in that place. Electric isn't bad either. As you say, you leave it on all the time $65.00 that means someone like me, who's out half the day might be $40. Rent, electric, net & H2O. $330. for me. A-OK.

Hi, you can get condo contracts for as short as 3 months, but you might have to make a pretty decent offer to the agent or owner

If under one month, airbnb, but be careful with booking airbnb as the Thai gov are quite tight on short bookings for condos, for monthly short rentals facebook is a good option

Usually most owners wants a one year or at the least a 6 months one. However if you offer is attractive enough(offering more monthly rent), i dont see why not A good place to get short monthly rentals are facebook groups

Usually tenants only have to worry about the rent and utility bills, but of course, double check the contract and ask the agent/landlord for any enquiries

It would be tough to get this price for a one month rent, airbnb would be expensive, but you can try looking on facebook for a good price on one month rents, not just for this condo

Airbnb would be your best bet, 1 month rental lease are pretty impossible unless your offer is amazing
