You are 100% incorrect. The state of Arizona has been trying to clarify the abortion law situation ever since the supreme court decision, and finally reached clarification coincidentally shortly after Trump's statement. They didn't ban abortion, abortion was already banned in the 1800's and the only law created since then was in the 70's which really only indicated that the state of Arizona must abide by the federal law. The federal law no longer exists, therefore rendering the 1970's law obsolete, which defaults the state back to the only other valid law on the books, which happens to be the one that bans abortions, which i highly doubt will go ignored by our Democrat governor for very long. Get your facts straight before running the name of my state through the mud.

The penchant to misunderstand a legal ruling on law as advocacy for a law or position is rampant among the Left because that's the mechanism they often rely upon to achieve results they can't get people to vote for. Even in your comment you seem to be referring to RvW as "federal law," even though it was a ruling and never a law.

"I'm not for a national ban; leave it up to the states" and the actions of Arizona (a state) do not represent a conflict or contradiction. Personally speaking, I'd support almost anyone who said "I'm for getting the federal government out of States' business."

AgentOrange is saying WHATEVER he believes will get him elected - Not his real opinion (if he has any opinion at all). *IF* he gets in the Oval Office again - you are going to see so much chaos, his stance on abortion will (sadly) become a minor issue.
