Hi, I recently bought this model and we love it. However despite turning ice makers we don't see ice cubes. Is there anything else we have to do?

Ours started making ice after turning on the ice makers. My guess would be maybe check the water line? I’m not sure what the issue could be though

Be sure to cut an inch or so off of the supply line before connecting it to your home's water supply. The end is sealed to prevent contamination.
