I'm a little anal about the way people pronounce words that's just the way I am because I'm a writer I'm very very proficient in the written language I write stories and poetry I invent things with words I'm not bragging about myself but I'm just saying why I get so grammar police and pronunciation police on people but this guy just said hoverboard like no other human on earth has ever said before he's saying overboard with an H on the front not even close everybody knows how it's pronounced and that's wrong

Who cares about your anal feelings? Language is just a means of communication. One person talks and the other understands. That's it! And if you've NEVER heard anyone says (H)overboard you should crawl out of your language cave and travel a bit. Your own country and the world. You'll be very much surprised how people pronounce English words. You might also learn that being an elitist snob about language does not elevate you above other people or make you special.
