Informative video jegan sir, i always had this doubt.. taking the same example (turnover 5 cr & profits-1cr) shown in the video, Suppose if someone pays tax on 30 lac only(6%rule under 44ad) what about the remaining 70 lac profit.. is he is bound to pay tax on it also? And how do u calculate your Advance tax? Because that will depend upon pnl of next year? How do u know in advance how much your pnl will be? Waiting for your reply..

44AD turnover limit is 2Cr for 2022-23 and 3Cr 2023 onwards, not 10Cr as said in video

Yes jegan must get facts right before posting false information....if turnover is greater than 3cr one can not opt for section 44ad irrespective of profit.Atleast jegan should have checked with any CA.

he manages fund of over 70 cr of clients and take fees from that. he doest make much from training. he only shows profit of his personal account daily. He is one of few legit traders who show sensibull P&L daily.

He runs propdesk where he is managing funds of crores... In his videos he himself declared... But the point is commission is not so much that it will not be that more than 1cr. Think about training and workshops...if he manages to pull 3000 to 4000 odd guys annully then easily he made about 7 to 8crs. Thats why in every video... He is trying hard to pull guys for joining his workshops.
