It would have been good if my concern was spiders and racoons. No info on batteries

It shouldn’t be constantly beeping like that in drive and or neutral if the system is all aired up. You might have left the high idle switch in the on position in the rear engine bay.

What is the best charger for 8d batteries? I own a NABI 60-sw and the batteries are dead it sat for 6 months even though i hit the shutoff switch. I would like to charge all at once would a 4 bank work and how many amps? I also read to make sure it has enough distilled water inside?

If you have 4 batteries of the same type (8D for example) you do need a smart 4 bank charger. Mine are Powermania M212E for 2 bank house batteries and a Powermania M330 for the 3 coach batteries. There is other brands but as long as it's a smart charger it can charge all batteries at once. If you leave the coach sitting for a month or more, physically disconnect all batteries from each other, not just the cutoff switch. Batteries will pull power from each other through the equalizer if don't physically disconnect them. The only way to leave them connected is if you leave the charger plugged in while stored. Yes, always keep batteries filled with distilled water.

@@mrdaniel0078 Thanks for the response! So basically i was wrong, my bus has two batteries, runs two NAPA 7668 14 volt batteries. If they dont have the full 14 the bus will crank but not fully start, even with the fuel pump primed. For some reason, they will drop from 14 to say 13.4 and then the bus wont start, they both have to be full 14. My gauge on the dash shows the 12v gauge at 12, and the 24 at 24, and it will start. However if for any reason the 24 falls to 20 its dead again. ALso there is a 24v charger input next to the batteries, and one mechanic told me to use that, but another mechanic told me to only use the 12v positive/negative to trickle charge. I ordered a smart charger on ebay but my bus is stranded right now so im hoping to find a heavy duty charger at harbor freight or napa and get her jumped asap.
