That was 100% sound advice, and spot on. He did not however, go into every symptom of low fuel pressure or restricted fuel flow, which will still be within specs in many cases, but as more fuel volume is needed at a certain rate, a restriction in the line, rail or damage to the internal surface of the fuel line, from hastily installing a fuel filter, instead of carefully and deliberately connecting the hose end, it makes a flapper valve, like the one inside of a toilet tank, that flushes, when the fuel delivery rate increases and pressure is maintained by the pump, the fuel encounters resistance due to the specific liquid fuel's viscosity, or resistance of flow or movement through a fixed diameter orifice, hose, capillary, pore, nozzle, regulator, valve, or jet. When the fuels friction acts on the damaged filter flow outlet, line flow inlet portion (flapper) it causes it to peel inward, cutting off flow and in high demand cases, reducing fuel pressure as a secondary or checking effect. Another symptom of low pressure is an increased time span observed while starting engine , starter engagement time, cranking to running time, etc. A lagging throttle response is present in most all of these conditions. Loss of power under load at a given rpm as he stated on a flow, or pressure drop at a given flow rate indication, and of it occurs at slightly varying rpm under the same working running conditions, can indicate the electrical connection issues he mentioned as an antagonist! Like antifa gremlons, in your car or truck.

I see your other videos and I like them all. But, I click on this one because of where I currently am. I have no access to fuel pressure gauge and because of title of this video I was hopping for solution, no dice. Kinda missed the title here me thinks Andrew!

My 99 Durango just cranks a long time then starts i put new injectors & a new fuel pump it only does it after it sits for an hour or so plz help and thank you

A bad Mass Airflow Sensor also can cause hard starting and the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel filter. I would change those 3 things now.
