Thank you for this great video! The key line that I hold dear from Coach Mo is "People gotta make different lifestyle choices/changes". So simple yet a powerful meaning. I don't think I heard this line before in the sports world. Reminds of me your Jackson State Hazing video and how someone was struggling to lose weight and Coach Prime wasn't play it at all

Again working kids from January to September this Hard makes no Logical sense. They Will get burned out. Its my Opinion. Not saying what they doing is not Necessary but going so hard in the weight room and also in the drills. I think these kids will Burn out when season Starts. May is much better time to ramp up.
