Tip: Take the bandaids off while he sleeps so he won't feel it bothering him and they air out. Also use petrolum jelly instead of neosporant because petrolum jelly doesn't have any preservatives or chemicals in it. Petrolum jelly is safe to use anywhere on the body and heals the wounds faster. Learned that from the dermatologist.

I think that Keren should have a VBAC because that way she'll know what to expect with the third kid no matter the birthing choice. I feel like the more she puts it off the more scared she'll be to actually have the experience, and I know she wants it (she said it herself), she just doesn't know what to expect.

I hope you try to push the doctors for the vbac. Just if nothing else for your recovery. I had two little ones 11 months apart and could not imagine having two little ones and having to recover from major surgery. I have sat in on a c section and couldn't believe what a major surgery that is. Either way it doesn't matter what happens, just as long as you and Landon are safe and healthy!

In my opinion.. I would definitely go for a vaginal birth.. I think it is less painful and a lot healthier. I just feel like that's something all mothers should experience if they are able and given the chance. It's a lot less painful. The only thing that bothered me is I was scared to poop and it burnt when I peed tbh. My daughter was 10 pounds and I didn't have an epidural if I can do it you can!! :)

Amanda Auxier Amanda Auxier true, and my mom said it is also simpler, like the pain and others, if vaginal birth you only feel the pain when the baby is coming out, but if the c-section, you have swollen legs sometimes, hard to walk, and also postpartum infection (correct my grammar if i'm wrong!)

Yes she should definitely try a vaginal birth it's much easier I had the epidural felt no pain other than when my son was crowning I felt pressure my son weighed 6lbs 10oz it burned to pee and it was scary to poop but you don't suffer from all the pain from the c-section

I haven't had a c section so I can't give advice on that but as for the recovery with a natural delivery, I gave birth to my son and had a shower a hour later once all tests were done. I was walking around the whole day he was born while people visited. To be honest the recovery didn't feel like one, I was honestly up and could do anything my baby wanted without being in pain. Good luck with your delivery! Just thought I may give you a positive natural delivery story if you haven't heard many 😍

This is the last chance you have to have a Vbac. Once you have 2 C sections you can only have C sections. You should do some research and give it a shot! It's definitely not more safe. Look up the stats on C sections. Maybe I'm just biased because I'm studying to be a midwife but definitely do the research, see what's out there, and get all the info!

Brenna Duncan I've known plenty of people that had a v2bac. (vaginal birth after 2 csections). A vaginal birth is always an option as long as everything is "right".
