Elfazar’s Hat looks like a really successful Pocky & Rocky clone! The package as a whole reminds me of the also enjoyable Retro Game Challenge for Nintendo DS.

Only vertical shmup is technically a shmup... I like how this guy goes to the point and doesn't care to edit out a few mispronunciations. It's more of a style.
