I've seen people grab all of the strings on an evertune equipped guitar and thrash it around or they would let it dangle while the strings held the guitar,any other guitar wouldnt have stayed in tune whether it was a vitage trem or a hipshot bridge,what really impressed me was the fact the guitar did not go out of tune,i was like wtf just happened? They played like nothing happened lol! That ltd sounds freakin amazing eric,i love the fact esp/ltd have a velute on their guitars to make the headstock stronger vs no velute guitars like gibson or fender guitars and other brands
@EricMorettin6 ай бұрын
Oh yeah I've seen that many times. Companies have the volute on real thin necks to reinforce a break angle so the headstock won't break!

Xlnt vid Eric, not so keen on the evertune, but I love the black metal series from Esp/Ltd. Might be my next purchase. Thanks a lot for being so clear and professional on giving us tips for setting up this beauty. Plus, love your riffing too. As always!!

Why not the Evertune? Who doesn't wanna stay in tune at all times :o I love my Evertune guitars.
@pistolpaul16 ай бұрын
@@BlazonStone never actually played an evertune guitar, I'm used to play Floyd rose or Kahler (this is my fave). But nothing against it. I guess it's not for me, but I might change my POV once I played it.

Very detailed and well made video! I have the 7 string version of that guitar and it’s awesome

I set the action on my evertune without loosening the strings. I don't think you need to do that with the evertune. Anyway, have my evertune guitar for almost a year now and I really can't play anything else now. At first I needed two weeks to get used to it coming from a tuneomatic bridge. I'm talking about the right hand position, but once you sort that out there's nothing else just play and don;t worry about constant tuning. P.S.What's your action?

Instead no neck pickup I would like the stacked single coil ( humbuker on a single coil space) type of pickup.

That could be cool for sure

Would be nice to see dual pickups, but 'spose it's priced as such.

Yeah I'd like to see a neck pickup in this as well.

@@EricMorettin That's awesome. I used to play n b standard on a Les Paul scale.And I either had to use a wound, third or a plain.Third, that felt like a literal rubber band LO.L that's why I went to Seven string. Absolutely despise wound thirds l o l

just one knob and they put it at the wrong location...

Easy enough to remove and replace with a cap to fill the hole or a Killswitch.

I agree - the placement seems completely counterintuitive when you think about the purpose of these guitars. I don't know any death metal or black metal bands doing volume swells.

@@spoonerluv it would be nice if LTD moved the knob further away going forward
