Checking Out Barone Sergio Winery in Pachino, Sicily

I have to admit that I have a current obsession with Sicilian wines! In this episode of The Dining Traveler Sicily series, we interview sisters Luigia and Angela Sergio, the managers of Barone Sergio, a family winery in Pachino, Sicily. We take a tour around the winery, which has been part of the Sergio family since the early 1700s, and talk about the production of classic Sicilian wines like Nero D'Avola and Grillo. We also give you a glimpse of their Thursday sunset parties at the winery, which has become the place to be in southwest Sicily.
