Sir as you mentioned Point no. 15th ;- that check the reinforcement of beam and slab as per architectural drawing. but its wrong sir. Reinforcement should be checked from structural drawing.

Bhai reinforcement for beam, column & slab should be check with steel drawings not with architectural drawing.please note.
