How there was a threat to qh3??

@@RaghavMittal01 The bishop had blocked the c pawn,queen had pinned the g pawn,the king had blocked his h pawn, also black king also cannot move .So after Qh3+ white is forced to take his queen and it will be a draw by stalemate
