Sainz didn’t move the wheel at all. Perez was off line at the exit, trajectory headed towards the racing line where Sainz already was. As the car behind, he has to drive in a manner that doesn’t cause a wreck, not Sainz. Had Sainz moved the wheel over, 100% his fault, but since it never moved, Perez.

Carlos did a left turn a mile before the actual turn knowing well he’s racing another car…. Before blaming Perez keep in mind Checo and Leclerc had about 5 laps where they were really close and it was a clean race until the “smooth operator” showed up. EDIT. Check the onboard. Checo even starts slightly pointing the car to the left and Sainz checks his mirrors twice and still commuted to turn into him

If you watch the incident from a bird's view, you will see that Perez touched Sainz, and if you look from Sainz POV, he did not turn his steering wheel. Perez touched Sainz left rear tire and caused the crash.

Watch from multiple views in slow motion. You'll change your mind just like I did. Perez slowly drifted right, causing his front right tire to touch Sainz's back left tire, causing Sainz to veer left suddenly. Leclerc deserved to be overtaken by Perez and Sainz both. He didn’t even try to defend when Oscar made a pass. Ferrari never learn that they don’t have pace on the hards. This is not a new problem. Just like tyre degradation this problem has been there for years. Only because of Carlos’ feedback Ferrari have focused on race pace this year but they need Lewis to tell them point blank that race pace means being good on mediums and hards both.

Se ve como se le cierra sainz, el vio sus espejos y miro que checo ya estaba a su izquierda e hizo y un ligero movimiento a su izquierda y alcanzo a agarrar la rueda delantera derecha de checo, es mas hasta en el onboard de leclerc se ve la maniobra de sainz
