Seriosly in some of these I'd be ashamed to have been the spotter. Especially the falls on the neck and the head. Too many keep holding the feet instead of letting go and catching the flyer somehow differently. This makes the head go towards the ground first.

absolute bollocks, its A soft ground and B no impact with momentum on head or neck cause holding the legs takes the momentum away. Absolute ignorance on your part

Even after all those falls you’re always smiling when you cheer. You have one of the prettiest smiles in the world. I showed my grandchildren your videos with Oliver (they hate everything) and the only thing they said was, “ nice smile”.

Just proof that cheer is a sport with injuries that could cause major pain, life altering stuff ( broken limbs , permanent injuries ) or even death! The cheer team has to work hard to be able to do this and make it look easy !!

The level of trust is astounding. Teamwork is how we handle the messy parts. (At 68 my base is now a 1200 pound horse. We don’t jump unless it’s a butterfly, creek, dragon shadow or something else encountered on trail.) it’s an understanding that we take care of each other.

You need guys that know what they are doing. Stay on the ground until you do. It’s not safe. Bumps and bruises are one thing but permanent head or spinal injury? Why risk life in a wheel chair?

Seeing how quickly she recovers I wonder if there’s some stunt training in the sense of like movie stunt people where you learn how to fall correctly and not get hurt. Like that one dark haired girl who’s a stunt woman and makes shorts with that blonde gymnast lol. Anywho, the strength is amazing all around. I would pass away if I even considered attempting any of this lmao
