train and do drills!!

Just do them over barrels and slowly make them smaller. Then u won’t be relying on the barrel as much. Also try doing mock bhs. Start with a back walkover and then hit a handstand at the stop and snap ur feet over. That’s how I learned. And also just don’t think about it before u do it. Just go For it

So was I girl!! I recommend watching KZbin tutorials (I watched TC2, so I recommend them!) If you have a soft surface such as a trampoline or a mat, even a bed would work, practice jumpin backwards on that. Then you will not be as afraid to go backwards.
