Tessa is just incredible to watch. I have always wondered if she's tall because I think part of the reason she's so captivating is that she has really long arms and legs, as strange as that sounds. Her control is next level.

To all new cheerleaders watching this video. If you feel like your not “good enough” to be on these teams, I want you all to change that mindset to instead of “I’m not good enough” to “one day I’ll be there”. Trust me it helps. Also remember that it rarely looks like that. Cheerleaders are also actors tbh. They make it look so easy when in reality they probably just fell 2 minutes ago. There are so many times when it doesn’t hit they just pretend like it always does. This is coming from someone on a level 1 and a level 2 team. Keep going you’ll get it one day 😁

These flyers had also been cheering for several years at this point, hence why they're all on such high level teams! New flyers should also keep in mind that it's a skill where you truly can only get better with practice (as with any stunt position honestly). Both technique-wise and performance-wise, there's no substitution for the years and years of reps!

Bro, I’m a base and my flyer is always asking “hey is a belly to extension hard?” And me and my base are like “bro yea it is especially with u” and any flyer says “ am I heavy? On my old team my stunt fell at com because I was too heavy” and my and my main base say YES every time!!!
