Haley Thompson IK I’m not her, but the best advice is pretty much the one that’s just repeated a bunch, which is stay tight (lock your knees, suck in your stomach, flex your thighs, tense your butt), and pretend almost like a string is drawing you up, because the worst thing is a flyer that isn’t tight, it just makes a stunt fall or look sloppy
