Carlie thanks for the great tips. I hurt my knee while I was in the military and its hard to find exercises you can do when you have a bad knee. I was actually able to do most these without hurting my knee or straining to do them. Thank you, I am going to recommend this video to some of my friends and fellow injured veterans. Thx

great workout ideas! i come from a ballet background so although the things i do to workout are different, i could tell what muscle groups each exercise was working and i loved learning a cheerleading secret!!

@Cripotlol it won't burn fat in specific areas but it will make specific areas firm because they are more muscley after working out those areas!

@orangedazzle im not an expert on this and i know you asked her to do a video but i hope you don't mind me offering advice. i've been in gymnastics for 4 years and experienced every type of workout associated pain there is. the biggest factor that differentiates good pain and bad pain is the intensity. if you feel like you seriously, and i mean seriously, cannot keep doing your exercize or it hurts very bad to do so, you need to stop.also- being sore after you begin to work out is normal.:)

Finding a spot on the floor or wall and looking at it also helps with balance! I learnt loads of little tricks like this because my balance is awful and I'd always fall over whilst stretching!

Just did the walk through and my legs were sore for days. been too afraid to do the whole routine but the moves are easy enough on their own that I will do some of them when I am cooking, cleaning, working or showering. :)

loved it! just a question though, when you do the leap frog should you keep your knees from going over your toes? i know you usually keep your knee from going over your toe so you don't hurt your knee.

i know it may be hard due to a busy schedule and not a lot of time to film but i would really benefit if you did a full 30 min zumba or kickboxing style workout.. like taught the moves and then did it. i cannot find any instructional zumba workout vids ANYWHERE on youtube and I think it would be awesome if you did one like once a week!

@xosarahh20 on pointing your toes, think of pointing your whole foot. try rolling through flat foot to point just standing up, it really helps for jumps!

I like this alot. Carlie, you said that this wasn't a full workout video but I think that is a great idea. Why don't you make a work out video? If you have to, you could make it in segments like stretching/warm up, legs, cardio, abs, etc. I think a full workout with you girls would be fun and very motivating.

If you do dynamic stretching before your work-out and static stretching after, you will have better results, instead of static stretching before the work-out.

Great tips!! The only thing I could possibly think of that I would want is an actual full-length exercise instead of just a demo, so that I can just go through the video with you and be done with the workout.
