Hey Amanda!! I'm 20 years old, and I finally wanted to make a change in my life, fitness wise, I used to exercise for a little and then stop for some time, but now I went back to exercising, and when I came across your videos, I have never been so motivated!! Your exercises are not only so much fun, they work my butt off!!! I love it!!! I feel more tired and worn out then after running on a treadmill! I love it! thank you so much for giving me and all of us such amazing workouts and motivation!

The fact that I was able to do 2 rounds of this with only a 1 minute pause in between surprised me. :) Stronger than I thought-- thanks for your workout videos. I have noticed a change and it's for the best

I've been alternating a few of your workouts for a while now. When I started, I could only do one round of this workout at a time then I would be completely pooped. Now I can do two rounds and it feels great! Thank you!

Tryouts for the volleyball team is coming up and I have a fitness exam coming up, these workouts are really helping with my stamina and overall health! This is absolutely awesome! :)

Wow, i've not exercised properly since school, I used to do long distance running about 7 years ago. This seemed normal to school lessons, I thought it wouldn't be too bad (being only 45 seconds). I was wrong, it was so rewarding doing the work out, it was intense, it was worth it, I feel so pumped to do more exercise. Thank you so much Amanda, you've really rekindled my love for exercise! :) Please continue to do more videos :D thanks again!! Becky xx

so iv been threw a TON of works out threw you tube and yours really got me winded phew! im on a long journey to lose weight and i cant afford a gym or have time to work out really but this is fantastic! i do this two times a day in the morning before work and when i get home from shcool. thanks so much for making this !!

This is an EXCELLENT workout. I am a college student and am not quiet comfortable going to the gym so my space in residence is limited, but thanks to your video I can now work up a sweat and find the results I'm looking for. You should make a video for college students working with small spaces, just a suggestion :)

just did this! even cut down the time to 30 second intervals and it killed me! im completely out of breath! im showing my sister this! this is an amazing workout :)

Why are people saying Carlie is fat and Amanda is too thin? Carlie's not fat, it's muscle, she is/was a cheerleader. She obviously does a lot of exercise, I mean, look at those legs! Pure muscle! Amanda isn't too thin, she's a fitness fanatic so of course she's going to have very little body fat but that doesn't mean she's an unhealthy weight or build. You have to account for a lot of her workouts to be calorie-burning workouts and she's just proof that they do work!

@LiveLaughLove251000 thanks so much for your comment! i think it's always really important to keep your workouts spontaneous. never do the same thing everyday! try doing 2 different workouts everyday. Your body won't be so used to the same workout and feel energized!

@BEEBUCKK That's AMAZING to hear! I actually started creating these workouts after I got injured and could no longer run! I was determined to find a way to get JUST as fit if not better as I had when I was running, and so I developed a method that could truly work! I'm so glad you have found the same success!

i usually shower for 20 minutes, i think i'm going to start doing a round of this workout right before and cut my shower down to 14 mins. I hate working out really hard and then having to wait to shower, so hopefully it'll work for me, thanks for the video, i loved it!

I tried it and can tell it is a good INTENSE workout. Since i'm not really (not at all) in shape I had to stop at the mountain climber or else I would have passed out. I will try again tomorrow with a smaller interval (30 sec. maybe) and try to do a complete set. Despite the fact that i almost fainted, i really like this workout.

this looks like a good workout im going to try it either tonight or tomorrow morning...we do the burpees in my dance classes and i love them! they're hard but they feel awesome when you can do them all

I'd really just like to say that I think everyone in this video looks awesome. And they all probably look better than the people making the hate comments. I know that ALL THREE of those girls are healthier and more fit than I am right now and I look to them for inspiration to better myself.

@ellepippa Amanda is healthy and fit. Just because she has a different body type and is fit doesn't mean she's "frighteningly skinny". She's at her body's healthy weight and fitness level. We're all different, and our healthy weights will all look different in the end.

Second day starting to work out again and first time doing this. really is a great and quick way to increase your heart rate and now i don't have an excuse not to workout with all the school work i have! Great :D

Just did this and I have never sweated so much in my life or have felt so revived after a workout! Definitely my new favourite :D - oh and the 1 minute plank was just the cherry on top (ehh not really, I've always hated them)

Just did this! I only made it to round 2 though......... this is really intense, especially the cardio burpees. I loved it so much. I was pouring sweat. : )

@d26s10 try making sure your form is perfect! if it's really hard to do a full push up, try the modified version. You'll get more benefits from doing the modified version that not doing a full push up!

@chelsealange Hey! First of all, I'd LOVE to hear what everyone else's workout schedules are! As for your question, I would suggest always keeping your workout spontaneous. It's great to do the HOT Body Workout 2-3 times a week, and the ABS workout 2-3 times a week, and the HIPS AND THIGH video 2-3 times a week. Always remember to switch it up, and remember to do a lot of cardio to keep up your endurance! Let me know your progress.

omg i did this twice and now i need to have a shower lool i was working out with calies suggestions in her network for now a month but i wasnt that tired with this work out... so now on ill do calies workout first but instead of 3 times ill do it once and ill do ur workout 3 times if i can every 2 days.. i hope i can see results fast cuz i need to get in shape before this summer:P

@AGURNITZ Its good to mix up your workouts every day. I would do a different video or workout every day to keep your body guessing and to keep it from hitting a plateau! 1 to 2 rest days a week is good for your body to rejuvenate :)

@EyeoftheWhiteWolf I recommend a snack like a banana before the workout and a protein+carb breakfast after. But test it out and see what works best for you, we are all different so different formulas work for different people :) Hope that helps!!

@RayannaHearts A little soreness is GOOD! It means you worked it and your body is adjusting. It's better to do active exercise, I recommend cardio to help flush out the lactic acid (which is what is making you sore). The more you work out, the less sore you will get :) xx

she's skinny but some people are just built like that, plus as a fitness instructor she probably burns off loads of calories - doesn't mean she's not eating enough. She's very muscular too and she's in all black so that makes her look even skinnier. Anyway I'll try this tomorrow see how much i manage to go through before fainting lol

Hi Amanda, this just about killed me haha! I'm COMPLETELY new to working out. I'm a 20 year old mummy and woke up yesterday with this determination to get back in shape. I couldn't even finish this though! How long do you think it would take for me to become able to do this without feeling like I'm gonna pass out?! Haha x

Hey Amanda, I've done this workout for 3 times a day and i started yesterday and today i woke up my legs hurt so bad so should i continue and whether this is a good and in term that something is changing.
