▷Cheese Garlic Bread Ingredients
- 200 g wheat flour (high protein)
- 4 g salt
- 20 g sugar
- 3 g Instant dry yeast
- 10 g eggs
- 60 g milk
- 60 g water
- 15 g unsalted butter
▷ Garlic Sauce Ingredients
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Tip- When kneading by hand, does the dough stick to your hands even if you knead it for about 10 minutes? Wash your hands and knead again. It no longer sticks to your hands.
